Theoretical foundation, tools and methods:

In our counseling we combine organization theory, leadership research and communication psychology with a systemic approach. Further training in change management, team development and agile projectmanagement with Scrum and Design Thinking expand the repertoire.

Our approach is always goal- and solution-oriented. It integrates the most recent findings of management research. If necessary, we offer the extension of team and individual coachings through tools from organization and personnel diagnostics, among others Career Anchor, MBTI I + II and Reiss Profile.
